Donna is an Associate Broker in Alabama and licensed in Florida. She is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert.  Her husband, Hur husband, Jim is also a licensed realtor and plays a vital role to the success of the Fitts Team.

Donna and  Jim moved to Ono Island from Birmingham, AL in 1997. Having visited the area for many years they knew it was important for them to live in this PARADISE. Their love for the area is what makes the pasionate with helping buyers locate the dream home or condo that fits their needs and dreams.

Donna retired from a marketing career & Jim retired from USAFR after nearly 30 years of service. They are very active in the community. Jim and Donna are both on the Alabama Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce Shrimp Festival committee. This event brings thousands of people to the area every year. Jim and Donna are both active in the Orange Beach United Methodist Church. Jim has held leadership positions at the church and Donna taught children's Sunday School for 6 years. She previously served on the Ono North POA Board and has served as Social Chairman, Parliamentarian and President for the Bon Temps Cabrix Krewe. Jim is a volunteer fireman & has held a position on Orange Beach Fire Board. He has been Past President of the Ono North POA.
