Tourist want to see the unit before they get to the beach so virtual tours are a must. Renters want luxury... custom drapery over blinds, tile floors instead of carpet, and nice furnishings. Guests also are requesting rental agencies to provide activity packages that include fishing, golf,or concert tickets.
